Neil Heffernan leads Stelco Electric's Project Management Office as Director of Project Management, applying a hands-on, systems-driven approach to deliver complex, mission-critical commercial projects.

He began his career on large-scale, mission-critical commercial initiatives and progressed into project leadership by combining field experience with disciplined program delivery. He builds strong relationships with senior stakeholders and maintains a steadfast commitment to quality across every phase of delivery.

He holds professional certifications in Project Management from Duke University and Construction Management from Columbia University, and his earlier work in finance gives him strong commercial and budgetary acumen. With 27 years of industry experience, Neil is committed to driving projects safely, on time, and on budget while building and mentoring high-performing teams.
